Take off the Mask; come home to yourself.

When the old chapter no longer fits, therapy can help you understand yourself, rebuild, and create what comes next.

Discover who you are beyond the roles you carry.
Maybe you’re tired of pretending you’re okay.
Your relationship ended. Your kids left home. Your career no longer feels meaningful. You’re grieving someone you love. You’re in recovery and trying to figure out who you are without the substance. Or maybe you simply know that the life you’re living no longer feels like yours. You feel anxious, empty, depressed, disconnected, overwhelmed, and uncertain.
You’re not broken. You’re in transition. And you don’t have to navigate what comes next alone.

You may be choosing what feels safe because it is familiar, not necessarily healthy...

  • Avoiding difficult emotions — staying busy rather than

feeling grief, anger, loneliness, or uncertainty.

  • Numbing — using substances, alcohol, food, gambling,

shopping, sex, screens, or other behaviors to escape

uncomfortable feelings.

  • Seeking external validation — relying on others’ approval

to determine whether you’re doing okay.

  • Controlling — trying to control people, outcomes, or

circumstances to manage anxiety.

  • Living according to expectations — making choices based

on who you think you should be rather than what is

authentic to you.

  • Resisting change — holding onto an old identity, relationship,

role, or lifestyle because the unknown feels frightening.

  • Self-abandonment — repeatedly overriding your own values,

boundaries, intuition, or needs to maintain relationships or stability.

Addiction and Recovery Therapy

Addiction isn’t just about the substance—it’s about what you’ve been trying to escape, numb, control, or survive. Together, we’ll uncover what’s underneath the pattern, build healthier ways to cope, and create a life you don’t need to escape from.

Life Transition and Change

Sometimes life changes before we’re ready for it. Divorce, loss, career changes, an empty nest, or simply realizing the life you built no longer feels right can leave you wondering what comes next. Together, we’ll make space for what’s changing, reconnect with what matters, and create a path forward that feels authentic to you.

Teens & Young Adults

Growing up can feel like trying to figure out who you are while everyone else seems to have an opinion about who you should be. Together, we’ll navigate anxiety, confidence, relationships, emotions, and identity while creating the space to discover who you are—and trust yourself along the way.

Relationships & Self-Worth

The way you relate to others often begins with the way you relate to yourself. If you find yourself people-pleasing, overgiving, struggling with boundaries, or questioning your worth in relationships, therapy can help you understand the patterns beneath it all—and build relationships that feel healthier, more honest, and more secure.

Frequently Asked Questions

What therapy modalities do you offer?

I draw on several evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to the individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. My primary modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Depending on your goals, we may focus on changing unhelpful thought patterns, building emotional regulation and coping skills, increasing psychological flexibility, clarifying your values, and creating meaningful behavioral change.

What is the cost, and do you accept insurance?

Sessions are $150 per session. At this time, I do not accept insurance and operate as a private-pay practice. This allows us to focus on your individual needs without the limitations that can sometimes come with insurance requirements. You may wish to check with your insurance provider regarding out-of-network reimbursement options.

What can I expect during my first session?

Your first session is primarily about getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. You'll complete initial paperwork and a history/intake assessment so I can better understand your background, current challenges, goals, relationships, and what you would like to change. We'll also begin discussing what you hope to get out of therapy and what a personalized treatment approach may look like. You don't need to have everything figured out before you come—the first session is simply the beginning of the process.

Session logistics

I offer both in-person and virtual therapy to provide flexibility based on your needs and preferences. The first step is to schedule a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk about what you're looking for, answer your questions, and determine whether we're a good fit. The duration of therapy varies based on individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from a few sessions, while others may engage in longer-term therapy for deeper issues.
